Tom Mastrangelo
Recognizing public service as a calling, Tom was elected in 2010 to the Morris County Board of Commissioners (Freeholder) and has been re-elected four times. Under Tom’s direction and leadership key strategic policy decisions were made such as holding the line on property taxes and reducing spending, stopping property tax increases for eight years and implementing a $60 million debt reduction plan. As a result of Tom’s fiscal policies of reducing debt and holding the line on taxes, Morris County is independently rated as 1 of the 35 best run counties in America. Tom is currently the President and owner of Mind’s Eye Technologies. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Seton Hall University, an Executive MBA in Management from Fairleigh Dickenson University, and a Juris Doctorate of Law from Seton Hall University School of Law. He performed his International Business study in England. Tom is married to Debbie Mastrangelo and has three grown children, Brittney, Michael and Christopher and loves spending time with his three young grandchildren.
